12/15/08 – Update on New York City Introduction 416-A
Legislation that would mandate use of OEM (original equipment manufacturer) exhaust systems on all motorcycles in New York City has been “deferred” by the New York City Council. Originally scheduled for consideration at its December 18 meeting, Introduction 416-A has been removed from the agenda. Read more »
Sep 27, 2008 Motorcycle rally supporters have fired the opening salvo against the city of Myrtle Beach by hiring nationally known attorney Suzanne Coe of Greenville, who said she plans to file a lawsuit to try to stop the city from enforcing the three anti-rally ordinances that took effect this week.
