Motorcycle Helmets May Soon Be Optional In Missouri

The Missouri Senate recently approved legislation that, if signed into law, could allow people 21 and over to ride motorcycles without helmets. Current state law requires motorcyclists to wear helmets. The proposed change, SB27, would be in effect until August of 2014. Read the entire Senate Bill.





















Are you kidding me ?? I guess if you wanted to end your life earkly and live as a vegetable , hooked up to life support.. Yeah , drive your motorcycle without a helmet.Me, I wouldn’t even drive down my driveway without one on. I have had the honor of meeting 2 people that have crashed their bikes and because they had a helmet on, they are able to tell me about it. Insane bill – would like to meet the person who thought this one up.
